6-氨基青霉烷酸在弱碱性阴离子树脂IRA67上的吸附研究

用静态法研究了6-氨基青霉烷酸在弱碱性阴离子交换树脂IRA67上的吸附行为．在溶液pH为8．0，6-APA起始浓度介子3.00mg／m1-20．00mg／ml条件下，测定了25℃时IRA67树脂的静态交换动力学曲线、吸附等温线，并求得了IRA67树脂的平衡速率常数及吸附等温线方程．分别用Langmuir型和Frendlich型方程对IRA67树脂吸附等温线进行线性回归拟合，结果表明，6-APA在IRA67树脂上的吸附更符合Langmuir型吸附．     

窄分子量分布聚四氢呋喃的合成

以发烟硫酸-高氯酸为催化剂,通过四氢呋喃的阳离子开环聚合合成了窄分子量分布的聚四氢呋喃(PTHF)。研究了发烟硫酸和高氯酸用量、反应时间、反应温度等对PTHF分子量(Mn)及其分布(Mw/Mn)的影响。结果表明,减少发烟硫酸或增加高氯酸用量可使Mn上升;反应时间超过3 h后,反应时间对Mn及Mw/Mn的影响不大;于2℃反应Mn有最大值(11 760);反应时间5 h,在N2中聚合的Mw/Mn较小;低转化率(Mw/Mn小于1.2)时,通N2对Mn(4 000~5 500)及Mw/Mn(1.12~1.19)的影响不大。

肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的护理探讨

通过对113例化疗后骨髓抑制患者采用保护性隔离，皮肤、口腔、上呼吸道、泌尿道护理及饮食、心理等综合性护理措施的观察，发现113例化疗后骨髓抑制患者，经过综合护理措施仅13例出现感染、发热，2例经抗生素治疗无效，死于感染性休克，其余患者的血象均恢复正常，康复出院。所以本护理措施，对促进化疗后骨髓抑制患者的康复有一定的应用价值。     

土壤环境中的硒对人和动物健康的影响

硒是人和动物必需的微量元素之一。土壤中的硒含量过多或过低，人和 动物都会出现地方性疾病。土壤中硒的含量与土壤母质、地形、气候条件和土壤条件性质等有关，调节土壤性质可以改善作物的含硒量。防治硒缺额症和硒中毒症，每天必需摄入适量的硒，以100－200μg为宜，但人体对硒的需要量也与食物成分有关。     

一种包覆型聚合物高效液相色谱固定相的制备与评价

当代应用最广的HPLC固定相中,硅胶基质填料化学稳定性较低,并且由于残存硅羟基而表现所谓第二效应,特别使碱性化合物的峰形拖尾;聚合物基质填料虽提高了化学稳定性,没有离子基团,但刚性降低,并且由于溶胀难于进行梯度淋洗;面包覆型聚合物填料则可综合二者的优点,本文对我们制备的这种固定相作初步报道。     

SYNTHESIS AND MAGNETISM OF BINUCLEAR COPPER(Ⅱ) COMPLEXES CONTAINING SALUCYLAMIDATOCUPRATE(Ⅱ)

New binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes, [Cu(samen)Cu(NO_2-phen)]·H_2O and [Cu(sampn)-Cu(NO_2-phen)]·2H_2O have been synthesized, where samen~(4-), sampn~(4-) and NO_2-phen denote N, N′-ethylenedisalicylamidate anion, N, N′-1, 2-propanedisalicylamidate anion and 5-nitro-1, 10-phenanthroline respectively. 3ased on IR, elemental analyses and electronic spectra, the complexes are proposed to have a phenoxy-bridged structure and to consist of the Cu(Ⅱ)ion in distorted planar environment. The complexes have been characterized with varlable-temperature magnetic susceptibility (4—300 K) and the observed data were fit to those from a modified Bleaney-Bowers equation by least-squares method, giving the exchange integral J=-63.0 cm~(-1) (samen) and J=-46.5cm~(-1) (sampn). This indicates the existence of antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction among the metal ions.     

钴配合物的合成晶体结构及活性研究

The complex [Co₂Cl₂(EGTB)]·(ClO₄)₂·5H₂O was synthesized in methanol-aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group of P2₁/c. The cell parameters are a=1.42231(2)nm,b=2.53181(3)nm,c=1.43392(2)nm,β=102.0518(5)°, Z=4, F(000)=2360,D_c=1.508g·cm^-3, The final R=0.0788,wR₂=0.232, The catalytic rate constant of the dismutation of superoxide radicals has been obtained by means of photo reduction of nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT),and it is 1.875×10⁶mol^-1·L·s^-1.     

脂氧合酶模型化合物[Fe(CTB)Cl]Cl·3CH3CH2OH·H2O的合成、晶体结构与氧化活性

合成了含Fe2+的脂氧合酶模型化合物[Fe(CTB)Cl]Cl.3CH3CH2OH.H2O(CTB为N,N,N,'N'-四(2'-苯并咪唑甲基)邻二胺反式-环己烷).该配合物属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群.晶胞参数a=1.12938(7)nm,b=1.49004(9)nm,c=2.69346(17)nm,β=91.9530(10),°V=4.5300(5)nm3,Z=4;R=0.0602,wR=0.1629.中心离子Fe2+只与六齿配体CTB的3个苯并咪唑的3-位氮和两个烷胺氮配位,氯离子占据着第六配位位点,整个配合物呈变形八面体构型.该化合物可催化亚油酸氧化断链成丙二醛(酸)、壬烯醛和壬醛酸等低分子醛和ω-氧酸.
